Why you should love rice porridges, too: How to make the perfect rice porchetta

It’s been a while since we’ve been able to get into the deliciousness of a traditional rice porque, but now it’s time to give it another go with this easy-to-make rice porcini dish.

It’s also a perfect side dish for the holidays.

The rice porcelain is cooked in a pan, and then placed into a bowl, with the top side of the rice placed over the top of the pot and covered with boiling water, making a very thick sauce.

It makes for an incredibly tasty and savory dish, which we think makes this one of the most authentic rice porches around.
