You’ll need: 3 tablespoons of rice flour 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon pepper 3 tablespoons water, plus more for making the batter 1 tablespoon of milk (or soy milk) 1/2 cup of rice flakes (or other grain flour) (for the topping) 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract To Make the Rice Crispy Treat: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the water, salt, and pepper to the pan.
Stir to combine.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the rice flour and the milk.
Cook about 5 more minutes until the rice flakes are melted and smooth.
Add more water if needed.
Remove the skillet from the stove and pour the batter into the pan (cover with foil).
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
