Rice milk can be used in a number of ways in the kitchen.
If you don’t have a blender, use a rice cooker.
The rice will thicken and taste better in a rice milk cooker.
Add it to soup and cook it on the stovetop.
Alternatively, if you have a rice burner or a rice pot, pour rice milk into the pot and add a splash of boiling water.
Rice milk is great in rice soup, pasta sauces and rice cakes.
Add some to pasta sauces to make your favourite pasta sauces, or add it to rice cakes for a quick dessert.
Rice is also a great source of protein and fibre.
In fact, according to the World Health Organisation, if we eat only rice, we need to eat only two-thirds of our daily calories.
